It took two months for my order to finally arrive. I had to consistently check in for updates on the status of the sweatshirt and the response time was not fast. When it finally did arrive, it was in the wrong size, did not have embroidered personalization but screen printed, and it was missing one of the personalizations on it. When I made them aware of everything that was wrong, they had informed me there was no Large Tall sizes available, even though they asked me twice what size I was needing. They did end up issuing a refund which I’m thankful for but this whole process was disappointing when this was supposed to be a gift.
